1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how El Royale FC ("ERFC", "we", "us", or "our") handles information used by the ERFC Discord bot, web dashboard, companion applications, and related services. ERFC is an independent community project and is not operated by Discord Inc.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Discord and account information
Depending on the feature you use, we may process your Discord user ID, username or display name, guild/server ID, channel and message identifiers, and server configuration selected by an authorized server administrator. We do not request or store your Discord password.
2.2 Gameplay and progression information
To provide persistent gameplay, we store information such as teams, lineups, player cards, tacticians, packs, shards, coins, ranked stars, match results, season and pass progress, rewards, collection progress, reports, and relevant administrative or anti-abuse records.
2.3 Activity and message data
The natural tactician spawn system may inspect eligible Discord messages to measure server activity, recognize bot mentions, detect obvious spam, and process explicit tactician claims. We aim to use the minimum content needed for these features. Bot messages, webhooks, and obvious spam are excluded from natural-spawn activity.
2.4 Presence and companion data
When enabled by the bot and supported by your Discord client, ERFC may read limited presence information for online-player statistics. The companion can receive the latest ERFC game state, such as queue or match status, from Supabase and publish it through platform-specific Discord Rich Presence mechanisms. ERFC does not receive your Discord password or control Rich Presence through the server alone.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate commands and interactions, provide matchmaking and live match delivery, save progression, deliver rewards, run tactician spawns and collection features, display leaderboards and statistics, prevent abuse and duplicate claims, troubleshoot failures, secure the service, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use message content to train machine-learning or AI models.
4. Storage and Retention
Gameplay and account records may be stored in Supabase or other infrastructure used to operate ERFC. We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain game integrity, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, meet operational requirements, or comply with legal obligations. Temporary logs and cached data may be retained for shorter periods. No online service can guarantee permanent availability or recovery of every record.
5. Third-Party Services
ERFC relies on Discord for account, server, messaging, and interaction delivery; Supabase for database, authentication, and synchronization infrastructure; hosting and content-delivery providers for the website and applications; and payment or membership providers when a user independently chooses an available paid offering. Those services may process information under their own terms and policies.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls and server-side credentials, to protect stored information. No internet service, database, or software can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, payment details, private keys, or other sensitive information through ERFC commands or messages.
7. Your Choices and Deletion Requests
You may stop using ERFC, remove it from a server, disconnect a companion, or request deletion of data associated with your Discord account. Deletion requests may be made through the official ERFC Discord server. Some records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or technical backups.
8. Children
ERFC is not directed to children below the minimum age required by Discord or applicable law. Do not use ERFC if you are not legally permitted to use Discord or enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when ERFC features, providers, or legal requirements change. The date below identifies the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
