1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the El Royale FC Discord bot, web dashboard, companion applications, and related services (collectively, "ERFC"). By inviting, accessing, or using ERFC, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ERFC.
2. Eligibility and Third-Party Rules
You must meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements applicable to your use of Discord and online services in your jurisdiction. You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and all applicable laws. ERFC is an independent project and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Discord Inc.
3. Service Description
ERFC provides football-themed game features including team management, player cards, packs, tacticians, ranked and unranked matchmaking, tournaments, seasonal progression, leaderboards, awards, reports, natural spawns, and optional companion applications for game-state synchronization and Rich Presence. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued.
4. Fair and Lawful Use
You must not exploit bugs, automate user accounts, use self-bots or user tokens, manipulate matchmaking, farm rewards through coordinated abuse, interfere with servers or users, bypass cooldowns, submit fraudulent claims, or use ERFC to violate Discord rules or another person's rights. We may investigate suspicious activity and restrict access or pairings when reasonably necessary to protect the game.
5. Virtual Items and Rewards
Coins, shards, player cards, packs, tacticians, badges, stars, roles, pass rewards, and other ERFC items are virtual features with no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for money, transferred outside approved ERFC features, or treated as property unless applicable law requires otherwise. Pack contents may be randomized according to the displayed rules. We may correct grants, duplicate claims, or database errors while preserving a reasonable audit trail.
6. Ranked and Matchmaking Features
Ranked matchmaking, pairing cooldowns, anti-abuse restrictions, stars, rankings, progression, and match results may be affected by technical issues, maintenance, rule enforcement, or data corrections. A temporary pairing restriction is not necessarily a punishment and does not promise that every player will always receive an opponent or a particular result.
7. User Content and Conduct
You remain responsible for content you send through Discord or submit to ERFC. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Do not send passwords, payment details, private keys, or sensitive personal information. We may remove or ignore content that is unlawful, abusive, spam-like, unsafe, or unrelated to the feature being used.
8. Availability and Changes
ERFC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free simulations, permanent data retention, exact response times, compatibility with every Discord client, or continuous mobile or desktop Rich Presence. We may perform maintenance, change limits, rebalance features, or remove features without notice.
9. Companion and Discord Limitations
The desktop companion may require the official Discord desktop client and local IPC/RPC availability. Android companion features depend on supported Discord SDK capabilities and mobile operating-system restrictions. Supabase or the ERFC bot cannot directly force Rich Presence onto a user profile when the required Discord client or SDK transport is unavailable.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to ERFC, remove rewards, restrict matchmaking pairings, or disable server features when we reasonably believe these Terms, Discord rules, or service integrity have been violated. You may stop using ERFC at any time and remove the bot or companion applications.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERFC is provided without express or implied warranties, including warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Game statistics, generated commentary, rankings, and rewards are not guaranteed to be error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the ERFC team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of virtual items, service interruption, or loss of profits arising from or related to ERFC. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as ERFC changes. The date below identifies the latest revision. Continued use of ERFC after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be directed to the ERFC team through the official community server: https://discord.gg/jVcTZPmaXB.
